Date: Thursday, October 12, 2017
Time: 5:30 – 8:00 p.m. ET

Early next year, the EU’s updated Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) will go into effect. Among other changes, MiFID II will require institutional investors doing business in Europe to pay separately for trading and research. Please join us for a discussion of how MiFID II and the broader regulatory environment will affect the institutions we work with most closely. Our panel will include experts from the buy-side and sell-side tasked with implementing policies and procedures related to MiFID II, who will discuss the ramifications of regulatory changes on sell-side research, corporate access, trading, institutional investing, and investor relations.
